These terms cover your use of djursdesign.dk, run by Djurs Design (Mihael Softic, Grenaa, Djursland, Denmark). By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is

Djursdesign.dk is a business website for Djurs Design, a web design and development studio. It describes our services and lets you get in touch — it doesn't process payments, create accounts, or store user-submitted content.

3. No guaranteed rankings

As we say on the homepage: no honest studio can promise you the #1 spot on Google. Anything we say here or elsewhere about SEO, speed, or visibility is our honest professional judgement, not a guarantee of results.

4. Content and intellectual property

The design, text, and code of this website belong to Djurs Design unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read and share it — you may not copy the design or copy for your own commercial site.

5. Third-party links

This site links to other websites (for example, VavaSport). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

6. Advertising

We plan to run Google AdSense ads on Blog articles only, never on the homepage. Third-party ad providers may use their own cookies — see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is". We've built it carefully, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Djurs Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't affect any separate written agreement we make with you for an actual project.
