How much does a website cost?
A fully optimised website for a trade or local service business starts at 5,000 DKK + VAT. The exact price depends on what you need — you'll always get a clear quote before we start, no surprises.
Do you have a free tool to check my current website?
Yes — our free Website Health & SEO Checker looks at speed, SEO basics, trust signals, and even how visible you are to AI search engines like ChatGPT. No signup, and it works on any site — yours, a competitor's, whoever's. Try it at djursdesign.dk/check.
How long does a project take?
A simple website (around 4 pages) usually takes about 7 working days — as long as we have all your materials (text, photos, logo, etc.) ready from the start.
I already have a website — do I need a full rebuild?
Not necessarily. Most of the time it's fixing a handful of specific things, not starting over — tell us what's not working and we'll give you an honest read on what it actually needs.
Do you also help with SEO, or just build the site?
Every site we build is SEO-aware from day one — clear structure, fast loading, the technical basics done right. We can go further if you want ongoing help being found, too.
Do you build apps too, or just websites?
Yes — custom software when off-the-shelf isn't enough: ordering systems, membership platforms, booking tools, internal tools built around how your business actually runs. VavaSport is a live example of what we're capable of, and this page walks through the patterns and building blocks we work with. Apps are priced separately from websites — it depends entirely on what you need, but as a rough starting point, think from around 15,000 DKK + VAT upward. We'll only know for sure once we've talked it through.
What happens after my site goes live?
Monthly maintenance is 500 DKK + VAT — updates, a simple monthly report on your visitors, plus small changes to the site (about an hour's work) included.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
No — we help set up hosting and your domain if you don't already have them, so you don't have to figure that out yourself.
Will I be able to update the site myself afterward?
We build custom sites by default, which usually means small changes go through us rather than a public dashboard — part of what keeps them fast and stable. If we're maintaining or fixing an existing WordPress site, you'll keep whatever access you already have.
Do you only work with businesses in Djursland?
Djursland is home, and that's where we're building our name first — but we're open to projects anywhere.
